July 1, 2010: Vertech Selected for Professional Services in Avondale
Vertech has been selected as a pre-qualified consultant for the City of Avondale in the areas of Electrical Design and SCADA Services. Avondale's Professional Consultant Selection shortlist will be used to invite vendors to submit proposals for professional services and special project assignments. Inclusion on this list qualifies Vertech to submit proposals on professional consulting assignments for the City of Avondale from 2010 to 2012. Thanks, Avondale. We look forward to working with you.

February 8, 2010: Michelle Hammer joins Vertech
Vertech is pleased to announce that Michelle Hammer is joining our sales staff as an Industrial Accounts Manager. Michelle has ten years of sales experience and is well known in the control systems integration business in Arizona.
December 1, 2009: Titus Crabb is published in Water & Wastes Digest
Titus Crabb, president of Vertech, authored an article published in the December, 2009 issue of Water & Wastes Digest. The article is located in the SCADA Systems section of the magazine and is titled "Plant Programming: A southern California water district updates an acquired reclamation plant's control system." The article summarizes a recent project involving the upgrade of the control system at a mid-sized waste water treatment plant. The original proprietary Tesco system was upgraded to a Wonderware System Platform SCADA system with Modicon Quantum and M340 PLCs controlling various processes and remote pump stations. October 15, 2008: Vertech Expands to Southern California
To better serve our clients in Southern California, Vertech is pleased to announce the opening of our office in Irvine. This office will initially be staffed by Michelle Klein and will also serve as a base of operations for our Tempe-based staff working in the Orange County area. February 18, 2008: Vertech Earns Archestra Certification
After successful implementation of two projects using Wonderware's Archestra architecture, Vertech has been awarded the status of Certified Archestra Integrator by Invensys/Wonderware. The rigid requirements for achieving and maintaining this status set us apart as an integrator committed to developing our internal talent and capable of delivering on our project commitments.
We are especially proud of this accomplishment and pleased to announce that we are the only second-system integrator in Arizona to achieve this certification. Currently, we have two certified Archestra developers and are in the process of implementing our third system. This new system includes redundant servers and multiple view clients tied to multiple PLCs in a large-scale wastewater treatment facility.

February 18, 2008: Vertech Becomes An Associate Member Of The CSIA
Vertech is very pleased to announce our membership in the Control Systems Integrator Association. March 21, 2007: Vertech Panel Shop Becomes UL-508 Certified
We are excited to announce the successful culmination of our effort to become UL 508 certified. This certification further demonstrates our commitment to delivering a quality product that meets or exceeds industry standards. UL provides standards for quality in industrial control panel building through strict enforcement of component testing and construction requirements. Our panel shop will be inspected four times each year to ensure continued compliance providing our clients with the assurance that their panels are designed and built with the highest standards of safety and quality.

March 2, 2007: Vertech Moves to Tempe
We moved into our new Tempe location this February to accommodate continued growth and to create space for our new panel shop. Our new location is near the intersection of the Interstate 10 and 143 freeways in Tempe, providing easy access to the greater Phoenix area as well as to Sky Harbor International Airport.
